CARNIVAL GUIDELINES

This is a walking procession so buggies are recommended for younger children.
The Rowner Carnival Committee does not wish to cause any offence but these guidelines are for the safety of all participants, especially our children. Please ensure there is sufficient adult supervision for the children in your group. The children you bring with you are YOUR responsibility.
This event will be well photographed; if this should cause any concern please do not attend.
There are no animals allowed on the procession or at the finale at Siskin School Campus. (An exception is made for Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and any Animals in displays that are being held for the Finale).
Alcohol is not permitted on the procession or at the finale.
The Rowner Carnival Committee does not take responsibility for loss or damage to any personal possessions.
Stewards are in place to assist you. Please work with them to make the day safe as possible.
And last but not least - HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!!!!!
